Gianrico Carofiglio

Born in Bari, he is the son of the writer Enza Buono and the civil engineer Nicola Carofiglio, and the brother of the architect, writer and illustrator Francesco Carofiglio. He studied at the "Quinto Orazio Flacco" classical secondary school in his city and subsequently graduated in law.
